Dougie, does David still go to the club? If he does, tell him I was asking about him, sadly I have lost all contact with him....

Yes he does but to tell you the truth he looks like a lost soul at times he's not the same man without his mate by his
side.

Sorry to tell you this but it's the way I see it but don't worry about him he has friends at the club, it just takes time to get over something like this I'll take a photo for you of him sat with his friends

Thanks Dougie, I appreciate you telling me as it is and it is as I thought.

We used to have some good chats when he had the landline phone, now he doesn't have the landline and his son told me not to call on his mobile as it would be too expensive for David... Now David is on his own and I can't call to talk to him to help him through the lonely days...

Please tell him I'm thinking about him and miss our chats ...

For brynkiwi (Brian) if you see this why your over here,
Sorry I missed you at the bowling club but we were up the lakes last week yes it rained all week, anyway thanks for the money you left behind the bar you must be daft leaving £10 as a pint only costs £2 so I can get five out of that ,

Anyway I would like to return the favor if I can, I've left my phone number behind the bar for you to ring me

Dougie i just read this but i am in Hong Kong,i thought the weather was lousy in Bryn all the time ,but my first two days here in Hong KOng was worse ,got caught up in that Typhoon caused the race meeting at Sha Tin to be cancelled, lucky it veered off and the center missed HK but it was bad enough, but i am now just getting ready to go to Happy Valley races. As for being Daft some things dont changejust enjoy the pints and dont blame me if you go home drunk.
